Meet the Legal Eagles
At MarcianoLaw, here are some of the friendly faces that you will encounter.
When she isn’t busy getting involved in Hoboken politics or running in races to raise money for charities such as Miles for Smiles, Colleen Cingel is Frank Marciano’s main assistant. A graduate of Villanova University and a recent Hoboken transplant in the last couple of years, Colleen is hardworking, personable, and a huge asset to MarcianoLaw. She is originally from Ohio and is the youngest of eight children from a wonderful Irish-American family.
Her pleasant demeanor and diligent work ethic make longtime Hoboken resident Jeanette Tarabokija an invaluable member of the MarcianoLaw team. Jeanette is actively involved in local charities and politics. She likes to stay physically fit by running. Although her family is originally from Croatia, Jeanette is happy to have them living close by in Hoboken where she often sees them. Jeanette assists Frank in the areas of real estate and resident litigation. She recently graduated from Montclair University with a BA in Marketing.
Angela Cohen—now Angela Nicoli, after marrying the handsome Stephen Nicoli—is the notary and one of the receptionists at MarcianoLaw. She comes from Brooklyn and recently graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Angela is studying to become a gemologist—part-time, we hope— and runs her own business as a custom shoe designer.
At 76, Angelina is the oldest member of MarcianoLaw’s diverse, friendly, and efficient team. As one of the firm’s standby receptionists, Angelina is living proof that a person is never too old to start a new career. Born in Brooklyn, Angelina now lives in Hoboken with her daughter and son-in-law. She is reliable, pleasant, and extremely young at heart. You will find that Angelina is a pleasure to work with.
MarcianoLaw’s youngest member of the team is Lorena, age 20. A card-carrying member of the MySpace generation, Lorena is efficient, full of energy, learns quickly, and is the firm’s most computer savvy legal eagle. Lorena recently returned to her beloved New York after spending time living in naval bases across the country with her husband Lance Ziegler.
Autumn Havens is the newest member of the MarcianoLaw team. Autumn just recently moved to Hoboken from California. Before leaving California, in July, Autumn married her college sweetheart Mario, who is a stockbroker in Jersey City. Autumn has a background in Public Administration and graduated from California State University, Chico with a Criminal Justice degree. Autumn will be in charge of the document management systems and integrating the new file portal system with the existing Microsoft exchange environment.
Meet Roxy, the office mascot and resident dog. Roxy is a Chinese Crested hairless powder puff who has her own desk and chair in Frank’s office. She never barks, and she loves to lie in the sun. Wherever there is food to be found, Roxy is sure to be nearby. Roxy is never too busy to cheer MarcianoLaw’s clients and team on to victory. Roxy is especially interested in real estate and general litigation cases. She is 2.5 years old and weighs eight pounds.
